WP AnythingSlider Plugin History
After helping client after client implements the jQuery AnythingSlider into their WordPress website, I felt like there was a need to create the plugin. One day, while procrastinating and browsing Twitter, Matt Adams of Factor1 Studios tweeted that he needed the jQuery AnythingSlider turned into a WordPress plugin. I caught the tweet, and we discussed some things, and I got to work. A few weeks later, in April 2011 the first version of the WP AnythingSlider Premium WordPress plugin was released to CodeCanyon.
6 months later the jQuery AnythingSlider plugin has evolved into a more powerful script, and my coding skills and knowledge of WordPress have increased, so I’ve re-written the WP AnythingSlider plugin from the ground up, providing a much better plugin that offers features that, at one point, I never dreamed that it would be possible in WordPress.
